The Green Business Competition Award Ceremony was a fantastic success! Thank you to everyone who helped and for coming to celebrate! Thanks especially to Te and Charlie for driving all over Brooklyn. Daniela did a terrific job organizing all the volunteers. The show went off without a hitch, though we came close at times. Lady luck was on our side and we couldn't have been more excited to see our old friends and make some new ones.
Rohit Argawalla gave a fantastic speech. Graham Hill, from TreeHugger, and the team of judges gave Gotham Greens first place in the New York Green Business Competition. The competition was stiff and saw e.c.o. inc. come in second with the Green Box pizza box and DBA come in third with the DBA pen.

Head over the the Vimeo page from the guys at Core Industries. Corey and the guys took some video of the presentations. http://vimeo.com/channels/greenbusinesscompetition
We couldn't be more excited to have Core Industries lend a hand on the Green Spaces website. Their work is phenomenal. http://core-industries.com.
In the meantime, Te has put up a placeholder page for the new URL at http://www.greenspaceshome.com . We are bringing together Denver and New York and hoping to add some new cities in the near future.
On Saturday, Annie Myers and Roberto put the Award Ceremony's extra keg to good use and had a Rooftop labor party. We had a lot of help from our friends and got lots done.
